SERVICING OF MOBILITY SCOOTERS, POWERED WHEELCHAIRS, STAIRLIFTS
It’s easy to keep your mobility scooter or powered wheelchair in “tip-top” condition, by having an annual service. If you are within a 25 mile radius of Grantham, it’s even easier, as we can arrange to collect and then drop it back to you when it’s finished.
If anything needs replacing we’ll contact you in advance to make sure you’re happy for the work to commence. Be assured we will not fit any new parts unless we have your consent first.
For servicing of stairlifts we’ll arrange for a convenient time for one of our qualified engineers to call round your home.

The service at prime comfort is extremely exceptional, first called in to enquire about a new wheelchair. I was shown a couple that would suit my needs. I was given lovely treatment. Put at ease. It feels more like a place for you to get care than a place to get any of your mobility or medical needs. Thanks to these guys I have now got a new sense of freedom.

I can’t praise Prime Comfort enough. I got a puncture 5 weeks ago and the company who were supposed to help me have repeatedly let me down. Today in desperation I rung Prime Comfort and in a few minutes the lady on the phone promised to have someone out to collect my scooter and repair it. The technician turned up and took the scooter away. It was back with me before 2 hours were up and all repaired at a very reasonable price. Prime Comfort made everything easy for me and were very helpful with excellent customer service. I know where I will be going in future for my servicing and repairs as well as my disability needs. Thank you, Prime Comfort, and your lovely staff, for getting me back on the road and I have my independence back. I recommend this company 100%.
