Our showroom is situated in Market Place at the North End of Westgate in the old part of Grantham.
Stocked full of scooters, new and reconditioned, electric recliners, adjustable beds, walkers, wheelchairs, wide-fitting comfy shoes, slippers and a range of personal hygiene and toileting products; in fact just about every mobility aid product you could think of. On the odd occasion we don’t have your particular choice in stock, we will be able to order it for you and deliver it to your home. To make life even easier, there’s customer parking right outside the entrance.
Prime Comfort has its own Stairlift Division, complete with a team of highly trained technicians. We are also agents for one of the region’s top specialist companies in bathroom conversions and wet rooms.

The service at prime comfort is extremely exceptional, first called in to enquire about a new wheelchair. I was shown a couple that would suit my needs. I was given lovely treatment. Put at ease. When someone see's you for the first time and they can pinpoint what you need. You know they have taken the time to listen to what you have to say. Claire spoke to me and my husband. Once we had decided on the chair I liked. She went out of her way to keep the chair for 24 hours to make sure I got the exact one I looked at and tried in the shop. Excellent customer service, 100% recommend these guys to a few people. Always there on the phone or in store even if it's just for a chat. Really pleased with the service and would not go anywhere else. The other customers of Prime comfort are also friendly and willing to talk to you. It feels more like a place for you to get care than a place to get any of your mobility or medical needs. Thanks to these guys I have now got a new sense of freedom.

I can’t praise Prime Comfort enough. I got a puncture 5 weeks ago and the company who were supposed to help me have repeatedly let me down. Today in desperation I rung Prime Comfort and in a few minutes the lady on the phone promised to have someone out to collect my scooter and repair it. The technician turned up and took the scooter away. It was back with me before 2 hours were up and all repaired at a very reasonable price. Prime Comfort made everything easy for me and were very helpful with excellent customer service. I know where I will be going in future for my servicing and repairs as well as my disability needs. Thank you, Prime Comfort, and your lovely staff, for getting me back on the road and I have my independence back. I recommend this company 100%.
